Hanuman AI (“the App”) is a personal life OS for account holders. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.
When you sign in, we store information needed to run your workspace, such as:
This data is linked to your account so the App can show your information across web and iOS.
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you connect one or more Google accounts, we request only the gmail.readonly scope. We do not send mail, delete mail, or change labels.
You can disconnect a mailbox anytime from Inbox or Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting deletes the stored Google tokens for that account. Previously created suggestions remain until you dismiss or delete them.
On iOS, if you choose to connect Apple Health, Hanuman AI may read daily step counts from Apple Health (HealthKit) and sync those totals to our servers so you can view them in the App (for example on Steps and Today).
Connecting Apple Health is optional. You can deny or revoke access anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Hanuman AI, and you can stop syncing from the Steps screen in the App. Revoking access stops new reads; previously synced step totals remain in your account until you ask us to delete them.
We use the data above to:
We do not sell personal or health data. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, push delivery) solely to operate the App. Trip sharing features only expose what you explicitly share with invitees.
We keep account and synced data while your account is active. To delete your account or request deletion of stored step history and other personal data, sign in and use Settings. Device-side Health data remains under Apple’s Health controls.
Questions or deletion requests: sign in and use Settings. See also the Terms of Service.
